Can I do an exchange if the sizing/ fitting don’t fit me?

We apologize that we do not exchange, return or refund after purchase is made, unless the following conditions:

  • Incorrect goods received

Please take note that;

  1. Color of products might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications.
  2. There might be ±1inch/ 3cm differences in the measurements subject to different material quality and measurement method.
  3. For printed items, placement of prints may vary in terms of symmetry/ alignment/ slight color patches for every piece due to cut of fabric which is not considered a defect.
  4. For lace items, loose threads due to the nature of the lace and for this reason is not considered as defect.


What is your return policy?

  • You will need to contact our customer service at Facebook: @ALYN or Instagram: @alyn.boutique to confirm your return request before sending back the item(s).  All return item(s) without our confirmation will be rejected.
  • All returns must be done within 3 working days from the day of receiving goods.
  • Item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).  We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it does not meet the above-mentioned conditions.
  • Exchange can only be made one time per order number.
  • Parcel need to be send via a traceable mode of 3rd party delivery company.
  • Customer are fully responsible for the item till the parcel reaches us.  Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
  • Please provide us your tracking number once you mail out the parcel.
  • No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
