What are the delivery option?
We do provide Express shipping to West and East Malaysia via Poslaju.
How long will my order take to be mailed out?
For ready stocks order, we will mail out your parcel within 2-5 working days after your payment being verified. Preorder will be mailed around 4-5 weeks or ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated. Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Thursday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
For order consists of preorder & ready stock items, it would be assume that customers are willing to wait till the preorder items arrive to post. Otherwise, please make a separate order if you want to post out the ready stock items first (Postage would be charge twice).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
How long will the parcel reach me?
Delivers around 1-3 working days upon dispatch for West Malaysia, around 2-5 days for East Malaysia.
Where can I find my tracking number?
An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped, or you may find your tracking number in your Order History by login into your website account.
What is the shipping cost?
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping location. Below are the rates for your reference:
Express shipping to West Malaysia RM8 per order (flat rate basis).
Express shipping to East Malaysia RM21 for the first kg (weight base).
In case of parcel bounced back due to unsuccessful delivery attempt, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by customer for requesting a new delivery attempt.
Do you ship internationally and what is the shipping cost?
We ship internationally! Please feel free contact us at FB / IG customer service for the shipping charges.
Will I be charged on import duty?
For international order, shipping fee paid during checkout process is not included any custom charge /import duty. Import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country but this is totally beyond our control. The courier service provider will get in touch with you if there is any duty /taxes to be paid.
What happen if my parcel is bounced back?
Cost of re-delivery charged for bounced parcel will be borne by customer. Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 60 days (2 months) grace period will be forfeited and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5-7 working days.
